Technical Capability for Cowboy USA, LLC Scope: Cowboy USA opened in 1997, as a transportation carrier with an emphasis upon International and Domestic transportation needs. We are a 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) service provider, specializing in transportation solutions to our growing customer base. Cowboy USA provides experience in shipping international, domestic, express delivery and rapid response. We can ship partial and full truckloads anywhere throughout South Carolina, CONUS and OCONUS. Our growth has extended to the United States Department of Defense (DOD) and many State and Federal Emergency Operation Centers. Cowboy USA has over 10 years of experience in providing emergency response, from traffic management consulting to onsite. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This time frame includes getting our equipment onsite. Cowboy USA provides flatbeds, enclosed vans, step decks, removable goosenecks, lowboys, landolls, roll-backs and refrigerated trucks. We transport freight of all kinds daily. In disaster situations we transport generators, light pods, ice, water, and various large equipment. Cowboy has landolls and roll backs to provide the ability to relocate equipment once it has reached the distribution point. To assist in debris removal, Cowboy USA provides bulldozers, excavators, knuckle boom loaders, rollback wreckers and cranes. Grapple skidders and logging trucks assist our Debris Removal Crew in relocating large debris from Hurricanes, extensive flooding , wildfires or earthquakes. Currently, over 10,000 trustworthy and accountable transportation carriers have previously assisted us with good quality service. Cowboy USA also assists State and Federal Prime Contractors in load staging areas build points of distribution and in returning all equipment utilized in these efforts. We have experience working side-by-side with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Defense (DOD) and General Service Administration (GSA) simultaneously during their Disaster Responses. Our Debris Removal Crew is skilled in managing and controlling removal and disposing of debris during these emergency/disaster situations. Logistically we are capable of partnering with local and State Emergency Operations Centers (EOC). Professional staffing is of utmost importance. Best value and on time delivery is critical, therefore Cowboy must provide quality service from beginning to end. Each shipment is treated with the utmost care for all concerned. They are tracked and traced as they move CONUS or OCONUS. Cowboy USA is there for both large and small large transportation tasks having the same commitment for every shipment, independent of stress and workload. Cowboy USA is owned by Veteran and certified as a HUB Zone transportation logistics partner. As a HUB Zone member, prime contractors or any state can receive benefits for the federal utilization of our small disadvantage business. Our bonds meet and exceed all State and Federal requirements, and we are Central Contractor Registration (CCR) approved.
