History:

Cowboy opened in 1997 as an asset based transportation company with an emphasis upon International and domestic transportation needs. Upon building a successful business in that market, we expanded into a full line Freight Forwarder, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and consulting service provider, offering asset and non-asset based services to our growing customer base. Our growth has extended to the United States Department of Defense and many Emergency Operation Centers. We also began assisting State and Federal Prime Contractors in the field of managing load staging area's. This included building points of distribution and return of equipment utilized in these efforts.

In December of 2010, Cowboy became the "On Site On Demand and Special Services" contractor for a large manufacture her in Charleston, South Carolina. The scope of this contract is broad, i.e., transportation of equipment utilizing box trucks with lift gates, vans, RGN's, Port services, including over dimensional with pilot cars (escorts). We provide cranes, riggers, and temporary help on an as needed basis. Cowboy also has warehousing available with trans-loading capabilities.
